Our Vision

Regenerative

We believe in co-creating lifestyles that nourish people, planet, and future generations.

Connected

We foster deep, cross-generational relationships rooted in shared purpose and presence.

Intentional

We design life with care, prioritizing community, creativity, and contribution over convenience.

Why Turiya

We believe the way many of us are living isn’t working. We’re overworked, disconnected, and often isolated from nature and each other. We’re raising kids without villages and aging without support. Our food systems, housing, and lifestyles are strained.
We started Turiya to explore a different way. A way of living that’s rooted in care, creativity, and cooperation. A way of being that brings people together across generations, supports real connection, and honors the earth we live on.
We’re not trying to escape society – we’re building a small-scale example of what’s possible. A place where dome homes are built with community, where kids grow up outdoors, and where everyone has something to contribute. Turiya is part sanctuary, part village, part classroom – all grounded in a belief that we can do better together.

What This Vision Means For You

Whether you’re just coming for a quiet weekend or want to explore deeper involvement, Turiya is for you. It’s a place where you can pause, take a breath, and remember what matters. You’ll sleep under the stars, join in a community meal, maybe even lend a hand building a dome or planting a tree.

We invite you to be more than a guest. At Turiya, you can be a part of shaping what we’re creating. Your presence, ideas, and energy matter here.

If you’re craving simplicity, nature, and connection, you’ll find it. If you’re burned out and tired of doing it all alone, you’ll find people here who want to share the load. If you’ve been dreaming of a new way to live or raise your family, this could be the starting point.

What We Hope To See In The Future

We dream of a thriving land with dome homes nestled into the hillside, children playing freely, shared meals in a communal kitchen, and a rhythm of life that feels good in the body. We imagine retreats, music gatherings, elder circles, a Waldorf-inspired nature school for the kids, and spaces for healing and celebration.

In the next few years, we hope to:

  • Complete multiple aircrete dome homes for guests and residents
  • Build a functional food forest to feed the community
  • Offer affordable housing plots to families and single parents in need
  • Grow a calendar of community-led and non-community-led retreats, workshops, and events

Turiya is just beginning. And we want you to grow it with us.

This is more than a dream. It’s a blueprint.

One that we hope others can learn from, visit, and eventually replicate in their own communities. Let’s co-create a new way to live, love, and connect – one that honors people and the planet.
